Click Allow once to allow it one time. We recommend Allow once every time for issuing, emailing, submitting to the Revenue Department and deleting documents. Always check the app name first, then choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company<\/strong> (\u0e1a\u0e23\u0e34\u0e29\u0e31\u0e17) \u2014 if your account has several companies, choose the one the AI may use. Each connection uses one company; to use another company, disconnect and connect again<\/li>\n<li><strong>Permissions<\/strong> (\u0e2a\u0e34\u0e17\u0e18\u0e34\u0e4c) \u2014 viewing documents, sales summaries, quota and previews is always included. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Every document is confirmed before it is issued.<\/strong> The AI must show a preview first and can only issue a document that matches the preview you saw. If the data changes, a new preview is needed (previews expire after 15 minutes)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not set automatic approval<\/strong> for issuing, emailing, submitting to the Revenue Department or deleting documents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Download links expire after 10 minutes<\/strong> and anyone with the link can download the file, so do not share them<\/li>\n<li>Leceipt never asks for your password in a chat. You only sign in on Leceipt&#8217;s own page<\/li>\n<li>Review the AI Connections page from time to time and disconnect apps you no longer use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"faq\">10. FAQ and troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>I added the connector but it cannot connect<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check that the URL is exactly <code>https:\/\/api.leceipt.com\/mcp<\/code> with no spaces or trailing \/, then try again. With an organization account, an admin may need to allow custom connectors first.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>The consent page says there is no company in this account<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create a company at <a href=\"https:\/\/my.leceipt.com\">my.leceipt.com<\/a> first, then connect again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>The AI does not answer or shows an error after I disconnected<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is expected. Click Connect again in the AI app and allow access again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>ChatGPT says &#8220;This tool call was blocked by OpenAI&#8217;s safety checks&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See <a href=\"#chatgpt-limit\">Issuing documents in ChatGPT<\/a>. No document is created and no quota is used.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>I chose the wrong company or want to change permissions<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disconnect on the AI Connections page, then click Connect again and choose the company and permissions you want.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can the AI issue documents without asking me?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. Leceipt only issues a document that has been previewed, and the AI app asks you before it uses a tool that changes data.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"lc-cta wp-block-paragraph\">Still stuck?
